Job Description: • Handling various aspects of Sales Process from lead generation, pre sales, account management, post-sales & Support. • Drafting business requirement specification and proposals. • Prospecting clients from across the globe through mediums such as Internet, Personalized mailers etc. • Analysis of Client requirements, specification, obtaining suitable solutions and outlining commercial implication and cost analysis • Submitting quotations against RFP’s/RFQ’s received from the client and carrying on the negotiation process till the signing off the contract. • Creating proposals Project estimation and budgeting, Project tracking, and project costing • Should analyze the client requirement and coordinate the project with the client and the internal team • High level interaction with the client during the project life cycle to enhance delivery for repeat and new business. Desired Skill sets: • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Experience in Internet marketing, Account Management and Business development in the field of web services • Strong orientation towards client servicing • Energetic and self motivated team player • Good presentation skills. Proficiency working on MS office desirable. • Having a track record of converting leads and closure of deals • Gathering enhancement requirements from the customer and dissemination of the same to the project management team • Knowledge of HTML/computer programming(php, ASP.net etc) desirable
