I feel your service is very struggle to me. Your one of guy name saiju , i has given my wife & child passport for visa stamping in Brunei Delhi embassy. 15 days before.
No any proper response. Whenever call not attend the phone. Why you manage such irresponsible person to your service.
Horrible and i feel very bad view to your such reputed firm.
Please help me to solve this issue.

I am working in Algeria. I would like to bring my mother for about 15 days (preferred date is August 1 to August 15 though these date are little bit flexible). Is it easier to bring her on tourist visa? If so, how can we do this? She is living in Kerala and we can submit her passport to your office. Please advise me if you need any letter from me such as my Algerian residency and my India passport copy etc.

recently we contacted your office in Cochin ,namely Mr.khalid to check some prices for us as we were doing some traveling in India..He said he would , but never did,which is very disappointing.When we got to Cochin we checked the email again ,but no response,so we went to another travel agency as our first try with Akber travels was very disappointing.Agents such as Mr Ashiq Khalid should NOT be taking care of your office.
